Overview
Welcome to PlainWallpaper.
PlainWallpaper is operated by MU Group LLC, a Florida limited liability company. The terms “PlainWallpaper,” “we,” “us,” and “our” refer to MU Group LLC and the PlainWallpaper website.
PlainWallpaper operates this store and website, including all related information, content, features, tools, products, and services, in order to provide you, the customer, with a curated shopping experience (the “Services”). PlainWallpaper is powered by Shopify, which enables us to provide the Services to you.
These Terms of Service, together with any policies referenced herein, including our Privacy Policy, Refund Policy, Shipping Policy, and any product-specific terms displayed on our website, describe your rights and responsibilities when you use the Services.
Please read these Terms of Service carefully. They include important information about your legal rights, including warranty disclaimers, limitations of liability, product-use terms, and other conditions that apply to your use of the Services and purchase of our products.
By visiting, interacting with, accessing, browsing, using our Services, creating an account, or purchasing any product from us, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these Terms of Service or our Privacy Policy, you should not use or access the Services.
Section 1 — Access and Account
By agreeing to these Terms of Service, you represent that you are at least the age of majority in your state, province, or jurisdiction of residence, or that you are the age of majority and have given us your consent to allow your minor dependents to use the Services on devices you own, purchase, or manage.
To use the Services, including browsing our online store or purchasing products, you may be asked to provide certain information, such as your name, email address, billing information, payment information, shipping address, phone number, and other information necessary to process your order or provide customer support.
You represent and warrant that all information you provide to us is accurate, current, complete, and that you have all rights necessary to provide such information.
If you create an account, you are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You may not transfer, sell, assign, or license your account to any other person. You agree to notify us promptly if you believe your account has been accessed or used without authorization.
We reserve the right to refuse service, suspend accounts, cancel orders, or restrict access to the Services if we believe that your use violates these Terms, applicable law, or may harm PlainWallpaper, our customers, Shopify, our service providers, or third parties.
Section 2 — Our Products
PlainWallpaper sells wallpaper, wallcoverings, and related products. We make reasonable efforts to display and describe our products accurately, including product colors, patterns, scale, roll dimensions, materials, textures, finishes, specifications, and product features.
However, product images, colors, textures, finishes, scale, and appearance may vary depending on screen settings, device type, lighting, photography, monitor calibration, production batch, material, and other factors outside our control.
Wallpaper and wallcovering products may have natural or manufacturing variations, including slight differences in color, shade, pattern, texture, finish, roll width, trimming, and appearance. Such variations are not necessarily defects.
We strongly recommend ordering a sample before purchasing full rolls, especially when color, texture, pattern scale, material finish, or exact appearance is important. Samples are intended to help you evaluate the product before placing a larger order, but samples may still vary slightly from the final production batch, dye lot, or roll shipment.
All product descriptions, specifications, availability, prices, promotions, discounts, and images are subject to change at any time without notice. We reserve the right to discontinue any product at any time and to limit the quantities of any products we offer to any person, geographic region, or jurisdiction.
We do not warrant that the appearance, color, texture, scale, quality, or performance of any product will meet your expectations or be exactly the same as displayed on our website.
Section 3 — Wallpaper Measurements, Dye Lots, and Installation
You are responsible for measuring your walls and determining the quantity of wallpaper needed for your project. We may provide general product information, roll dimensions, coverage estimates, calculators, installation guidance, or customer support, but all measurements and quantity decisions are your responsibility.
Wallpaper coverage depends on roll size, wall dimensions, pattern repeat, trimming, matching, waste, installation method, wall condition, and project layout. Any calculator, estimate, or recommendation provided through the Services is for general guidance only and should not be treated as a guarantee.
We recommend ordering enough wallpaper for the entire project at one time. Wallpaper supplied in different batches, production runs, or dye lots may vary in color, shade, texture, or finish. We cannot guarantee that a later order, replacement roll, or additional roll will match a previous order exactly.
Before cutting, pasting, trimming, or installing any wallpaper, you must inspect all rolls for visible defects, color consistency, product correctness, pattern, roll quantity, damage, and overall suitability.
If you believe there is an issue with your order, you must contact us before installation. Do not install wallpaper if you believe the product is defective, incorrect, damaged, mismatched, or otherwise unsuitable. Installation of the product may be considered acceptance of the product.
Professional installation is recommended. You are responsible for proper wall preparation, surface suitability, adhesive selection where applicable, environmental conditions, installation method, and following manufacturer instructions.
We are not responsible for issues caused by improper installation, unsuitable wall surfaces, textured walls, moisture, humidity, wall contamination, poor wall preparation, incorrect adhesive, failure to follow instructions, environmental conditions, installer error, or use of the product in a location or manner not suitable for the product.
Unless required by applicable law, we are not responsible for installation labor, removal costs, reinstallation costs, contractor fees, wall preparation costs, project delays, lost time, lost profits, or other consequential costs.
Section 4 — Orders
When you place an order, you are making an offer to purchase. PlainWallpaper reserves the right to accept or decline your order for any reason, including product availability, suspected fraud, pricing errors, product errors, shipping restrictions, payment issues, or other business reasons.
Your order is not accepted until PlainWallpaper confirms acceptance. We must receive and process your payment before your order is accepted.
Please review your order carefully before submitting it, including product name, color, pattern, quantity, roll size, billing information, shipping address, contact information, and any other order details. We may be unable to accommodate cancellation or change requests after an order is accepted or submitted to a supplier, manufacturer, warehouse, or fulfillment partner.
If we do not accept, change, or cancel an order, we will attempt to notify you using the email address, billing address, shipping address, and/or phone number provided at the time the order was placed.
Your purchases are subject to return, exchange, cancellation, and refund only in accordance with our Refund Policy and applicable law.
You represent and warrant that your purchases are not for unauthorized resale, unlawful export, or any illegal purpose.
Section 5 — Prices and Billing
Prices, discounts, promotions, and availability are subject to change without notice.
The price charged for a product or service will be the price in effect at the time the order is placed and will be set out in your order confirmation email. Unless otherwise expressly stated, posted prices do not include taxes, shipping, handling, customs duties, import charges, or other governmental fees.
Prices posted in our online store may be different from prices offered through other sales channels, physical locations, marketplaces, promotions, third-party websites, or other stores.
We may offer promotions, discounts, coupon codes, or special offers from time to time. Promotions may be governed by separate terms and conditions. If there is a conflict between the terms of a promotion and these Terms, the promotion terms will govern only with respect to that promotion.
You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase, payment, billing, shipping, and account information for all purchases. You agree to promptly update your account and other information, including your email address and payment information, so that we can complete transactions and contact you as needed.
You represent and warrant that:
-
the payment information you provide is true, correct, and complete;
-
you are authorized to use the payment method provided;
-
charges incurred by you will be honored by your payment provider; and
-
you will pay all charges incurred by you at the posted prices, including shipping, handling, and applicable taxes.
Payments are processed through Shopify and/or third-party payment processors. We do not control all aspects of payment processing and may rely on Shopify, payment processors, card networks, banks, fraud-prevention tools, and other providers to authorize, process, review, decline, or approve payments.
Section 6 — Shipping and Delivery
Shipping and delivery dates are estimates only and are not guaranteed unless expressly stated in writing.
Processing times, transit times, and delivery dates may vary depending on product availability, supplier or manufacturer processing, carrier performance, destination, weather, holidays, customs processing, address issues, and events outside our control.
We will make reasonable efforts to ship orders within the timeframe stated on our website or in your order confirmation. If no specific shipping timeframe is provided, we will make reasonable efforts to ship within the timeframe required by applicable law.
If we are unable to ship your order within the promised timeframe, we may contact you regarding the delay, provide a revised estimated shipping date, request your consent to the delay, or cancel and refund the affected portion of the order, as required by applicable law.
You are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address. We are not responsible for delays, failed delivery, lost packages, return shipping charges, address correction fees, or additional costs caused by incorrect, incomplete, or outdated shipping information provided by you.
Risk of loss may pass to you when the order is delivered to the shipping address provided at checkout, subject to applicable law and carrier confirmation. We are not responsible for theft, loss, or damage occurring after carrier-confirmed delivery.
If your order is lost or damaged in transit before delivery, please contact us promptly so we can review the issue and, where appropriate, assist with a carrier claim, replacement, or other resolution in accordance with our policies and applicable law.
Section 7 — Returns, Exchanges, Cancellations, and Claims
Returns, exchanges, cancellations, and refunds are governed by our Refund Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.
Because wallpaper is a finish material and may be subject to dye lot, batch, handling, storage, and installation considerations, all return or exchange requests must comply with our Refund Policy.
Products that have been cut, installed, pasted, damaged, altered, opened beyond reasonable inspection, or used may not be eligible for return or exchange, unless required by applicable law.
Claims regarding visible damage, incorrect product, missing items, wrong quantity, or apparent defects must be submitted promptly and before installation. We may require photos, videos, order information, packaging photos, roll labels, batch information, product labels, and other documentation to review a claim.
Do not discard packaging, product labels, roll labels, or damaged goods until your claim has been reviewed. Failure to provide requested documentation may limit our ability to assist with a claim.
Unless required by applicable law, we are not responsible for labor costs, installation costs, removal costs, reinstallation costs, contractor fees, wall repair costs, project delays, lost profits, or other indirect or consequential damages related to a return, exchange, cancellation, defect claim, shipping claim, or product issue.
Section 8 — California Proposition 65
Certain products may contain chemicals known to the State of California to cause cancer, birth defects, or other reproductive harm. Where required, California Proposition 65 warnings may be provided on the product page, product packaging, label, or other applicable location.
For more information about Proposition 65, please visit www.P65Warnings.ca.gov.
Section 9 — Intellectual Property

These Terms permit you to use the Services for your personal, household, or legitimate business purchasing purposes only. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, publicly perform, republish, download, scrape, store, copy, or transmit any material on the Services without our prior written consent, except as permitted by applicable law.
Except as expressly provided in these Terms, nothing grants or shall be construed as granting a license or other rights to you under any patent, trademark, copyright, trade secret, or other intellectual property rights of MU Group LLC, Shopify, or any third party.
Unauthorized use of the Services may violate federal and state intellectual property laws. All rights not expressly granted are reserved by MU Group LLC.
PlainWallpaper’s names, logos, product names, service names, designs, slogans, and branding are trademarks or trade dress of MU Group LLC or its affiliates or licensors. You may not use such marks without our prior written permission.
Shopify’s name, logo, product names, service names, designs, and slogans are trademarks of Shopify. All other names, logos, product names, service names, designs, and slogans on the Services are the trademarks of their respective owners.
Section 10 — Optional Tools
You may be provided with access to customer tools, apps, plugins, features, payment options, calculators, visualizers, review tools, chat tools, or other third-party tools as part of the Services. We do not monitor, control, or have input over all such third-party tools.
You acknowledge and agree that we provide access to such tools “as is” and “as available” without warranties, representations, or conditions of any kind and without endorsement. We shall have no liability arising from or relating to your use of optional third-party tools.
Any use by you of optional tools offered through the Services is entirely at your own risk and discretion. You should ensure that you understand and approve of the terms, privacy policies, and practices of the relevant third-party provider.
We may, in the future, offer new features, tools, resources, or services through the Services. Such new features shall also be deemed part of the Services and are subject to these Terms of Service.
Section 11 — Third-Party Links
The Services may contain materials, integrations, embedded functionality, or hyperlinks to websites, platforms, apps, or services provided, owned, or operated by third parties.
We are not responsible for examining or evaluating the content, accuracy, policies, security, availability, or practices of third-party materials, websites, or services. If you decide to leave the Services or access third-party materials, websites, or services, you do so at your own risk.
We are not liable for any harm or damages related to your access to third-party websites, your use of third-party tools, or your purchase or use of products, services, resources, or content from third parties. Please review the third party’s policies and practices carefully before engaging in any transaction.
Complaints, claims, concerns, or questions regarding third-party products or services should be directed to the applicable third party.
Section 12 — Relationship With Shopify
PlainWallpaper is powered by Shopify, which enables us to provide the Services to you.
However, any sales and purchases you make through our store are made directly with PlainWallpaper. By using the Services, you acknowledge and agree that Shopify is not responsible for any aspect of any sale or transaction between you and PlainWallpaper, including any injury, damage, loss, claim, delay, refund, exchange, product issue, or dispute resulting from products or services purchased from PlainWallpaper.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, you release Shopify and its affiliates from claims, damages, and liabilities arising from or related to your purchases and transactions with PlainWallpaper.
Section 13 — Privacy Policy
All personal information we collect through the Services is subject to our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.
Because the Services are hosted by Shopify, Shopify may collect and process personal information about your access to and use of the Services in order to provide, support, secure, and improve the Services. Information you submit through the Services may be transmitted to and shared with Shopify, payment processors, service providers, and other third parties that may be located in countries other than where you reside.
Please review our Privacy Policy for more details on how we, Shopify, and our partners collect, use, process, disclose, and protect personal information.
Section 14 — Feedback, Reviews, and User Submissions
If you submit, upload, post, email, or otherwise transmit any ideas, suggestions, feedback, reviews, photos, videos, proposals, plans, comments, or other content to us or through the Services, including product reviews and social media content tagging or mentioning PlainWallpaper, such content is collectively referred to as “Feedback.”
By submitting Feedback, you grant us a perpetual, worldwide, sublicensable, transferable, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, modify, publish, translate, distribute, display, perform, and otherwise exploit such Feedback in any medium for any purpose, including commercial, advertising, marketing, product development, and promotional purposes.
You represent and warrant that:
-
you own or have all necessary rights to submit the Feedback;
-
your Feedback does not violate any third-party rights, including copyright, trademark, privacy, publicity, or other personal or proprietary rights;
-
your Feedback is accurate and not misleading;
-
you have disclosed any compensation, discount, incentive, or relationship connected to the Feedback where required by law; and
-
your Feedback complies with these Terms and applicable law.
We are under no obligation to maintain Feedback in confidence, pay compensation for Feedback, publish Feedback, respond to Feedback, or retain Feedback.
We may, but have no obligation to, monitor, edit, reject, or remove Feedback that we determine, in our sole discretion, to be unlawful, offensive, threatening, libelous, defamatory, pornographic, obscene, abusive, misleading, infringing, or otherwise objectionable, or that violates these Terms.
You may not use a false email address, impersonate another person, or otherwise mislead us or third parties regarding the origin of any Feedback. You are solely responsible for your Feedback and its accuracy. We assume no liability for Feedback posted by you or any third party.
Section 15 — Errors, Inaccuracies, and Omissions
Occasionally there may be information on or through the Services that contains typographical errors, inaccuracies, or omissions. These may relate to product descriptions, colors, images, specifications, pricing, promotions, offers, discounts, product shipping charges, transit times, availability, or other content.
We reserve the right to correct any errors, inaccuracies, or omissions, and to change or update information or cancel orders if any information on the Services is inaccurate at any time without prior notice, including after you have submitted an order.
We are not obligated to update, amend, or clarify information on the Services, except as required by applicable law.

We reserve the right to suspend, disable, restrict, or terminate your account or access to the Services at any time, without notice, if we determine that you have violated any part of these Terms.
Section 17 — Agents and Automated Access
This section applies if you use, allow, enable, or cause the deployment of an Agent to access, use, or interact with the Services.
“Agent” means any software, tool, system, bot, crawler, scraper, AI agent, automated assistant, or service that takes autonomous or semi-autonomous action on behalf of, or at the instruction of, any person or entity and that can be executed without direct human supervision.
No Agent may access, use, or interact with the Services unless it identifies itself and operates in strict accordance with these Terms and any technical requirements we provide.
We may limit, block, restrict, or control whether and how any Agent accesses, uses, or interacts with the Services, including by technical measures.
Agents must:
-
identify that each HTTP/HTTPS request is from an Agent and disclose the name of the Agent in the request’s user-agent string;
-
not conceal or obfuscate that access, use, or interaction is from an Agent;
-
not mimic human behavior or interaction patterns in order to evade detection;
-
not complete, bypass, or circumvent CAPTCHAs or measures intended to distinguish human use from automated use;
-
respond truthfully to any question or prompt seeking to determine whether interactions are coming from a human or a computer; and
-
not circumvent or avoid any measure intended to block, limit, modify, or control whether and how Agents access, use, or interact with the Services.
Unauthorized automated access may result in restriction, blocking, termination of access, and any other remedies available to us under law or equity.
Section 18 — Termination
We may terminate this agreement or your access to the Services, or any part of the Services, in our sole discretion at any time without notice.
You will remain liable for all amounts due up to and including the date of termination.
The following sections will continue to apply following termination: Intellectual Property; Feedback, Reviews, and User Submissions; Prohibited Uses; Agents and Automated Access; Termination; Disclaimer of Warranties; Limitation of Liability; Indemnification; Severability; Waiver; Entire Agreement; Assignment; Governing Law and Venue; Privacy Policy; and any other provisions that by their nature should survive termination.
Section 19 — Disclaimer of Warranties
The information presented on or through the Services is made available for general information purposes only. We do not warrant the accuracy, completeness, reliability, availability, or usefulness of this information. Any reliance you place on such information is strictly at your own risk.
Except as expressly stated by PlainWallpaper, the Services and all products offered through the Services are provided “as is” and “as available” for your use, without any representation, warranties, or conditions of any kind, either express or implied, including implied warranties or conditions of merchantability, merchantable quality, fitness for a particular purpose, durability, title, and non-infringement.
We do not guarantee, represent, or warrant that your use of the Services will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, error-free, or that any defects will be corrected.
We do not warrant that any product purchased through the Services will meet your expectations, match your screen display, be suitable for a particular wall, surface, project, installation method, environment, or commercial use, unless expressly stated in writing.
Some jurisdictions limit or do not allow the disclaimer of implied or other warranties, so some of the above disclaimers may not apply to you.
Section 20 — Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, in no case shall PlainWallpaper, MU Group LLC, Shopify, or our partners, directors, officers, employees, affiliates, agents, contractors, suppliers, manufacturers, service providers, licensors, or their respective affiliates be liable for any injury, loss, claim, or any direct, indirect, incidental, punitive, special, exemplary, or consequential damages of any kind.
This includes, without limitation, lost profits, lost revenue, lost savings, loss of data, replacement costs, labor costs, installation costs, removal costs, reinstallation costs, contractor fees, wall repair costs, project delays, business interruption, loss of goodwill, or similar damages, whether based in contract, tort, negligence, strict liability, warranty, statute, or otherwise.
This limitation applies to damages arising from or related to:
-
your use of or inability to use the Services;
-
products purchased through the Services;
-
product defects or alleged defects;
-
product color, texture, batch, dye lot, or appearance variations;

-
unauthorized access to or use of your information;
-
third-party tools, websites, apps, or services; or
-
any other claim related in any way to your use of the Services or any product purchased through the Services.
These limitations apply even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or limitation of certain damages, so some of the above limitations may not apply to you.
Section 21 — Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless PlainWallpaper, MU Group LLC, Shopify, and our affiliates, partners, officers, directors, employees, agents, contractors, suppliers, manufacturers, licensors, and service providers from and against any losses, damages, liabilities, claims, demands, judgments, settlements, costs, and expenses, including reasonable attorneys’ fees, arising out of or related to:

your improper installation, use, handling, resale, or export of any product; or
-
your fraud, negligence, willful misconduct, or unauthorized conduct.
We will notify you of any indemnifiable claim, provided that failure to promptly notify you will not relieve you of your obligations unless you are materially prejudiced.
We may control the defense and settlement of any claim at your expense, including the choice of counsel. We will not settle any claim requiring non-monetary obligations from you without your consent, which shall not be unreasonably withheld. You agree to cooperate in the defense of indemnified claims, including by providing relevant documents and information.
Section 22 — Severability
If any provision of these Terms of Service is determined to be unlawful, void, or unenforceable, such provision shall nonetheless be enforceable to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law.
The unenforceable portion shall be deemed severed from these Terms, and such determination shall not affect the validity and enforceability of any remaining provisions.
Section 23 — Waiver and Entire Agreement
Our failure to exercise or enforce any right or provision of these Terms shall not constitute a waiver of such right or provision.
These Terms of Service and any policies or operating rules posted by us on the Services constitute the entire agreement and understanding between you and us and govern your use of the Services, superseding any prior or contemporaneous agreements, communications, and proposals, whether oral or written, between you and us.
Any ambiguities in the interpretation of these Terms shall not be construed against the drafting party.
Section 24 — Assignment
You may not delegate, transfer, or assign these Terms or any of your rights or obligations under these Terms without our prior written consent. Any attempted assignment without consent will be null and void.
We may transfer, assign, or delegate these Terms and our rights and obligations without consent or notice to you.
Section 25 — Governing Law and Venue
These Terms of Service and any separate agreements whereby we provide you Services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
Subject to any rights you may have under applicable consumer protection laws, you and PlainWallpaper agree that any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms, the Services, or any purchase from PlainWallpaper shall be brought in the state or federal courts located in Broward County, Florida, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction and venue of such courts.
Section 26 — Headings
The headings used in these Terms are included for convenience only and will not limit or otherwise affect these Terms.
Section 27 — Changes to Terms of Service
You can review the most current version of these Terms of Service at any time on this page.
We reserve the right, in our sole discretion, to update, change, or replace any part of these Terms by posting updates and changes to our website.
It is your responsibility to check our website periodically for changes. We will notify you of material changes to these Terms where required by applicable law.
