Wallpaper Samples

Wallpaper samples are shipped via USPS and include tracking.

Processing Time: 1–2 business days
Estimated Delivery Time: 3–7 business days after shipment
Shipping Carrier: USPS with tracking

Sample shipping rates are calculated at checkout. Wallpaper samples are not included in our free wallpaper roll shipping offer.

Wallpaper Rolls

Wallpaper rolls are shipped via UPS.

Estimated Delivery Time: 10 business days

If your order requires additional lead time, we will notify you as soon as possible using the contact information provided at checkout.

Shipping Delays

We make reasonable efforts to ship orders within the timeframe stated on our website, product pages, checkout, or order confirmation.

If we are unable to ship your order within the stated timeframe, we may contact you with an updated estimated shipping date. Where required by applicable law, we may request your consent to the delay or cancel and refund the affected portion of your order.

Delays may occur due to product availability, supplier or manufacturer processing, carrier delays, weather, holidays, incorrect shipping information, address verification issues, customs processing, or other events outside our control.

Free Shipping

We offer free standard shipping on wallpaper roll orders within the contiguous United States.

There is no minimum purchase required. Every wallpaper roll order shipped within the contiguous United States qualifies for free standard shipping.

Please note:

• Wallpaper samples are not included in the free shipping offer.
  
• Free shipping applies only to wallpaper roll orders shipped within the contiguous United States.
  
• Wallpaper rolls cannot be delivered to P.O. boxes due to package size and carrier restrictions.
  
• Orders shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. territories, APO/FPO/DPO addresses, or military addresses may require a custom shipping quote or additional shipping charges.
  
• Expedited shipping may be available upon request. Please contact us before placing your order if you need expedited delivery.
  

Shipping Carriers

Wallpaper rolls are generally shipped via UPS.

Wallpaper samples are generally shipped via USPS.

We reserve the right to use a different carrier or shipping method when necessary to complete delivery.

Signature Required

For security purposes, orders over $400 may require a signature upon delivery.

This helps ensure that your wallpaper is delivered safely and received by someone at the shipping address.

If you would like to request removal of the signature requirement, please contact us before your order ships. Approval is not guaranteed and may depend on the order value, destination, carrier rules, and fraud-prevention review.

If the signature requirement is removed at your request, you may be responsible for loss, theft, or damage after carrier confirmed delivery, unless otherwise required by applicable law.

Incorrect or Incomplete Shipping Address

You are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout.

We are not responsible for delays, failed delivery, returned packages, address correction fees, lost packages, or additional shipping charges caused by incorrect, incomplete, or outdated shipping information provided by you.

If a package is returned to us because of an incorrect or incomplete address, refusal of delivery, failure to pick up the package, or other delivery issue not caused by us, additional shipping charges may apply
to reship the order.

Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages

Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information.

If your package appears to be lost or delayed in transit, please contact us so we can review the tracking information and assist with the carrier claim process where applicable.

If your package is marked as delivered by the carrier but you cannot locate it, please check with household members, neighbors, building management, mailroom staff, or the carrier. We are not responsible for theft, loss, or damage after carrier-confirmed delivery, unless required by applicable law.

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us promptly and provide:

• Your order number;
  
• Photos of the damaged package;
  
• Photos of the damaged product;
  
• Photos of the shipping label;
  
• Photos of any roll labels or product labels.
  

Please do not discard the product or packaging until the claim has been reviewed.

Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information.

Tracking may take up to 24–48 hours to update after the carrier receives the package.
